The Robert L. Bradshaw International Airport (formerly Golden Rock Airport) is one of the better airports in the Caribbean. Although it gets very busy on Saturdays during the main season, it is usually an easy airport to travel through. There is a Duty-Free shop in the departure terminal. There are also food and drinks available for purchase in departures.
St Kitts airport is located 2 miles from Basseterre, and you will enjoy beautiful sea views as you depart the terminal.

On Arrival at St Kitts Airport
There are no jet bridges, you walk off the plane and across the tarmac to the arrivals hall.
Please ensure that you have completed your online arrivals card and customs declaration before arrival.
Once through passport control, you go down to luggage arrival and customs.
Porters are available to assist with luggage.
The taxi pick up is just outside, the car park is 2 minutes walk away.
Departing St Kitts Airport
Your taxi will drop you less than 50 feet from the arrivals desk.
After check-in, you go upstairs for passport control and security.
Please fill out your departure card before going upstairs.
There is a Duty-Free shop, a small gift shop, and a snack bar in the departure lounge.
Note that the airport gets extremely busy on Saturday afternoons during the main season due to the number of departing flights.
Departure taxes are included in the price of your airline ticket.
